Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! Let’s make the whole world a more sustainable place.
When can I expect my eco-friendly package?
Each package has its own ship speed since we ship internationally. After you checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation which will include a tracking number so you can stay up-to-date on where your package is. The estimated shipping time is 5-15 days.
What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you report your return request within the 14 day time period we can replace your purchase order or give you a full refund (excluding shipping feed and duties).
